Shipping policy

Orders typically takes 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped, this excludes holidays and weekends. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.

ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS. Customers purchasing from Texas or California, may have orders shipped through a different carrier. Orders typically take 2-3 business days to arrive - Inclement weather, distance from sender, or a variety of other unforeseen circumstances may make this time longer.

Please note that there is a chance that the processing time will be longer than 3-5 business during Sales and Holidays. Feivorite Gems is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.

 

Do you offer International Shipping?
